All bookings are subject to free cancellation 24 before arrival.
- Admission
- • ID/Passport is required at check-in.
- Occupation of G&G Guesthouse rooms or presence at G&G Guesthouse is subject to the Guesthouse’s standard terms and conditions. Whether or not the guest occupies rooms in the Guesthouse premises, the guest is deemed to contract with the owner of the Guesthouse on this basis. Thee departure time is 10h00. If you wish to extend your stay, kindly pay reception for an additional night accommodation before 10h00.
- Loss and Injury
- • All guests agree that it is a condition of the G&G Guesthouse premises that neither the owners nor the manager no their agents, contractors or employees shall be responsible for any death or injury to any person or for loss of/or damage to any property brought by the guest or any of his party upon the premises, whether arising from fire, theft or any other causes and by whomsoever caused or whether arising from the negligence(gross or otherwise) or wrongful act of any person in the employ of the manager or otherwise.
- Payment Policy
- Single night: Full payment (100%)
- 2 nights or more: 50.0% deposit of the total amount
- Payments details online: Both (Credit Cards & Bank/EFT)
- You agree that failure to pay on time and if I am overdue in paying for my accommodation, The G&G Guesthouse Management has the right to evict me without further notice, with immediate effect.
- You agree that G&G Guesthouse reserves the right to remove and store my belongings at a rate invoiced by the storage provider available within or closest to G&G Guesthouse.

- Cancellation Policy
- Bookings are Non-Refundable and cannot be amended or modified.
- Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).
- Prohibitions
- No smoking in the rooms.
- No illegal substances or weapons in the building.
- No loitering.
- Do not let strangers into the room and ensure that your room door closes behind you.
- Check-in time: 11:00
- Check-out time: 10:00
- Child Policy & Rules
- Child Policy: Allow children from ages 0 to 11.
- Child pricing:
- • 0 – 11 years pay 50% per room rate
- • 1 child plus 1 adult will be charged as standard rate.
- Note: These child policies can be overwritten at a room type level.
